1. Acceptance
By using Dusrawork you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing up. Every account receives 100 included credits each UTC calendar month for its role: recruiters use job-post credits to publish jobs (1 credit per published job); work seekers use application credits to send proposals (1 credit per proposal). Unused included credits expire at the end of each UTC calendar month and refresh on the 1st. You may purchase add-on credit packs when available. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
3. Credits and payments
Add-on credits are purchased via our payment provider in INR (or the configured local currency) when checkout is enabled. Credits have no monetary value outside the platform, are non-transferable, and can only be used to buy actions on Dusrawork (e.g. sending proposals and publishing jobs). Included monthly credits are a platform benefit with no cash value and do not roll month-to-month. Refunds for paid credit purchases are subject to our payment provider terms and our payment policy. Paid credits are non-refundable once spent (e.g. on job posts or proposals).
4. Conduct
You must not post false or misleading jobs or proposals, harass others, or use the platform for illegal purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimer
Dusrawork is a platform connecting work seekers and recruiters. We do not guarantee employment or outcomes. Contracts and payments between users are their responsibility.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify you where appropriate.
